Excited to share recent achievement of Chief Reinvention Practitioner certification. Most companies have nearly all the tools and capabilities they need to reinvent. They just haven’t yet developed the systematic processes for anticipating, designing, and implementing change or the mindset and flexible organizational practices necessary for ongoing adaptation.
